Ruth Marie Warner Wallaker, age 93, of Leitchfield, formerly of Michigan, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Springview Health and Rehab.

She was born May 27, 1930, in Ann Arbor, MI to the late Ralph Laree and Kathern Lucille Lentz Warner. She was a homemaker and a retail sales associate, who loved crafts. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, enjoyed attending Bible study and loved helping others.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Earl Wallaker; a son, Richard Allen Wallaker and several brothers and sisters.

Ruth is survived by two daughters, Sally (Danny) Satterfield of Leitchfield and Nancy (Fred) Clore of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Carrie Dawn Satterfield, Kristy Thompson, Amy Satterfield and Nicole Emmerick and three great-grandchildren, Aspen Thompson, Violet Emmerick and Holden Emmerick.

Services and burial will be held at a later date in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Watkins Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
