William "Buck" Whitfill was born in Grayson Co., KY. He was the son of Bill & 'Frances Whitfill and was married to Betty Whitfill.

He was a retired Dozer Worker, a Veteran of the Army and a member of American Legion Post 0081.

He is survived by his Wife, a son Chuck (Lisa) Wethington; two step-sons Les & Roger (Patty) Ferguson; three step-daughters Cheryl (Steve) Lucas, Becky (Jeff) Przybylak and Barbara (Jodie) Thompson; Grandchildren Lisa (Steve) Amspach and Charles (Chuck) (Katie) Wethington Jr. 4 Great-grandchildren; 7 Step-grandchildren and 12 Step-great-grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews

He was preceded in death by his first wife Vickie Phillip Whitfill, his Parents, 4 sisters Catherine Haycraft, Lenora Cripps, Alverta Dennis and Pauline Guest and 3 brothers Harley, Tommy and Charles Whitfill (Infant).

Visitation : Sunday after 12:00 Noon; Monday after 9:00 AM until time of service

Services : Monday October 31 2011 at 1:00 PM at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Fields and Rev. Brian Johnson officiating

Interment : Chapel Union Cemetery Butler Co. KY
