William Earl Coke, age 81, of La Grange, Kentucky, formerly of Grayson County, passed away, Friday, August 2, 2024, at Baptist Health Louisville.

He was born November 22, 1942, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Russell and Naomi Detrick Coke. He was a HVAC repairman by trade; a Navy Vietnam veteran and was a former member of Jeffersontown Lodge F & AM 774. His passions included training and showing walking horses, stock car racing and NASCAR. He also enjoyed gardening, canning and fishing on Nolin Lake.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Logsdon Coke; and a sister Carolyn Morris.

William is survived by two daughters, Robin Masters (Richard), and Lisa Stone (Steve); six grandchildren, Cody Stone (Noelle), Nathan Grant, Nick Grant, Christopher Whitmer, Alainna Whitmer and Emma Willinger; five great grandchildren, Cameron Stone, Wyatt Stone, Natalie Grant, Adrio Grant and Manuela Grant; and one brother, Donald Coke.

A Graveside Funeral will be held 1 PM (ET), Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, in Louisville, Kentucky.
