William C. "Bill" Franklin was born     November 27, 1941 in Grayson County  Kentucky. He was the son of Hulon and Juanita Spencer Franklin

He was a retired Auctioneer and a member of New Hope Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Kerry Franklin, one son Erik Franklin (Melanie), one daughter Nita Franklin, one grandson Tristan Franklin, and two granddaughters, Gracie and    Hannah Franklin

He was preceded in death by his Parents  and one sister Carolyn Franklin

Visitation for William "Bill" C. Franklin will be from 12PM to 8PM Wednesday the 10th of January and from 9AM to 11Am at New Hope Church of Christ Thursday the 11th of January. Funeral service will be at 11AM at New Hope Church of Christ with burial to follow at New Hope Church of Christ Cemetery.

Bro. Richard Peterson will be officiating the service.
