Wendell Logsdon, age 67, passed away at his residence Sunday surrounded by family members.

He was born in Grayson County, KY., to the late Silo and Beatrice Stevenson Logsdon. He was married to Carolyn Haycraft and they were the parents of two daughters.

Wendell was retired from the Army and a Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the Leitchfield Masonic Lodge and a Kentucky Colonel. He was a Faithful Servant of God.

Wendell is survived by his wife; Carolyn Logsdon, his two daughters; April Smith and her husband, David and Crystal Williams and her husband; Roy. Other survivors include one brother; Randall Logsdon and three sisters; Jean Nichols, Janice Hayes, Judy Haycraft and Jeanell Bradley.

He is also survived by his three special grandchildren; Megan, Hunter and Noah.

Visitation : Friends from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm Tuesday March 1 and after 9:00 am Wednesday until time of service at the funeral home.

Services : 1:00 pm Wednesday March 2 2011 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Bertram officiatinfg

Interment : Burial in St. Augustine Cemetery.
