Wavely Carby, age 84, was born in Grayson Co., KY. He was a retired Union Laborer, Farmer and a member of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Leona Powell Carby; two sons Gordon Lee and Pat (Regina) Carby; two daughters Arlene (Jeff) Bell and Janese (Don) Cleary; 10 Grandchildren; 14 Great-grandchildren and one sister Eva Haycraft.

He was preceded in death by one daughter Rosena Carby Palas; his parents Arthur and Mary Finch Carby; two brothers Daymon and Everett Carby and two sisters Lillie and an infant Sister,

Visitation : Tuesday May 08 2012 from 1-8 PM; Wednesday after 9:00 AM until time of service at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home

Services : Wednesday May 09 2012 at 1:00 PM at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Vurles Logsdon officiating
