Walter McMahan, age 80, passed away Sunday in Louisville.

He was the son of the late Ben and Gertrude Armstrong McMahan. He was a retired truck driver, US Army Veteran and member of American Legion Post #0081. He enjoyed fishing.

Mr. McMahan is survived by his ex-wife; Doris McMahan, two sons; Timothy Wayne and Jeffrey Allen McMahan, two daughters; Vicki Jo Short and Barbara Gail Lee, one brother; Ben McMahan, Jr., one sister: Alma Mae Harris, thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son; David McMahan, three brothers; Robert, Earl and Arthur McMahan and one sister; Isabell Young.

Visitation : Friends may call at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home from 12 noon 8:00pm (CDT) on Thursday and after 8:30 Friday.

Services : Funeral services will be at 10:00am (CDT) on Friday April 25at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Ricky Early officiating.

Interment : Burial will follow in Leitchfield Memorial Gardens.
