Thelma Hazel Skaggs, age 81, passed away at her residence on Sunday, January 2, 2011.

Thelma was a housewife and attended Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late James Washington Philpott and Mabel Francis Marris Philpott and was married to Vanley Skaggs.

Thelma is survived by her husband,Vanley, two sons; Paul and wife,Elaine, Marvin and wife, Samantha, one daughter; Glanelene Higgs and husband, Larry and daughter-in-law; Susan Parrish.

She is survived by five grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and five step grandchildren.

Visitation : Visitation is from 2 - 8 pm CST on Tuesday Jan. 4 continuing at 8 am on Wednesday until time of service.

Services : Wed. Jan. 5 2011 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Chapel with Bro. Handley Milbey officiating.

Interment : Burial in Little Flock Cemetery
