Terry Goldsmith was born in Louisville, KY. He was the son of Bill Goldsmith and Lucille Finley.

He was an Army Veteran and member of Millerstown Methodist Church.

He is survived by one son Joseph Goldsmith (Katie) of Elizabethtown; three daughters: Taresa Goldsmith (Meguel) of Leitchfield, Nicky Heinzen of Elpaso, Texas and Amye Moore (John) of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren: Madison, Mackenzie and Damien; one sister Wanda Smith (Bobby) and three brothers: Ronnie Goldsmith (Shirley) of Clarkson, Cookie Goldsmith(Carol)of West Point, and Elmo Goldsmith of KY.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and Wife.
