Terry Lee Douthitt, age 62, of the Tar Hill Community, passed away, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at his residence.

He was born November 17, 1962, in Grayson County, to the late Hayward Lee and Martha Elizabeth Pawley Douthitt. He was a retired engineer and construction laborer. He enjoyed classic cars, four wheeling and shooting guns.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Brooks and three brothers, Doug, Larry and Kennie Douthitt.

Terry is survived by two sisters, Brenda Simpson (Jim) and Pam Williamson (Tony); a brother, Allen D. Douthitt (Barbara) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM (CST), Monday, December 16, 2024, at Rogers Funeral Home in Clarkson with Bro. Jimmy Douthitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12 to 7 PM, Sunday and after 9 AM, Monday at the funeral home.
