Tammy Sue Dick, was born in Louisville, KY, She was married to James Ernest Logsdon. She is survived by her Husband; two sons James E. Jr. and Jeremy Todd Logsdon; two grandsons Logan Tyler and LeLand Scott Logsdon; two brothers Mike Clark and James Clark (Half-brother)and two sisters Terry and Tina Clark.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elton and Anna Mae Clark Dick.
