Stella Faye Clemons, age 74, of Leitchfield, passed away, Monday, December 12, 2022, at Norton's Hospital in Louisville.

She retired from the Kentucky Cabinet of Child Protective Services. She was an avid reader and loved the French language, which she was very fluent in and taught.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cletus and Estelle Alvey Clemons; a son, Brian Buckler; two brothers, Barry Clemons and Joseph Clemons and a sister, Donnetta Carby.

Stella is survived by a brother, Junior (Donna) Clemons; two sisters, Karen Sue Parker and Glinda Bingham and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM (CDT), Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Hohman officiating. In keeping with Stella's wishes, cremation will follow the service and her ashes will be buried in St. Elizabeth Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be from 10 AM to 1 PM (CDT), Thursday at the funeral home.
