Sidney Copelin Campbell, Sr., age 82 of Louisville, KY., passed away peacefully on June 30, 2018 .  Originally from Grayson County, KY., Sidney was a well known and respected framing contractor in Louisville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward T. and Carrie B. Campbell; siblings: Edward, James, Ida, Paul,, and Jesse Campbell, Lois Avery and Louise Carby; and his son Eric Thomas Campbell.

He is survived by his wife Billie; his children Jo Myra Walker (Jerry), Laura Soard (Eric), Sidney C. Campbell, Jr. (Lisa) and Marsha Elliott; his grandchildren Trey Campbell (Annie), Hannah, Jacob and Lucas Soard, Brandon and Maddie Campbell, Zach Lowery, Summer and Jackson Elliott; and his great-granddaughter Courtney Soard.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Hosparus Health at Norton Healthcare Pavilion for their kindness and gentle care.
