Sarah E. Newton was born in Grayson Co., KY. She was the daughter of John and Della Mae Harp Saltsman and was married to Thomas Newton.

She was a Farmer and attended Lone Branch, Wortham and Blowtown Churches.

She is survived by a son Bud (Wanda) Newton; two daughters Linda (Delbert) Decker and Shirley (Bennie) Decker; a brother James Saltsman; four sisters Pauline Newton, Hazel Saltsman, Dolly Wilson and Jewell West; eight Grandchildren; nine Great-grandchildren; two Great-great-grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Parents, a granddaughter Susie Saltsman and a grandson Tracy Adam Newton.

Visitation : Tues. after 1:00 PM; Wed. from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Thurs. after 9:00 AM until time of service at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home

Services : Thursday at 1:00 PM at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Damon Lasley Bro. Jerry Decker and Bro. Vester Decker officiating.

Interment : Joe Saltsman cemetery
