Obituary
Samuel Woolley, age 79, of Clarkson, KY., passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Woolley of Clarkson; one daughter, Kathy Frazier and her husband, Jim of Centerville, Ohio; two grandsons, Mike Frazier of South Korea, Ryan Frazier of Cedarville and one grand-daughter, Megan Frazier of Centerville, Ohio.
Samuel was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Joy Wheat Woolley.
Visitation : Friends from 6-8PM Saturday October 15 2011 continuing at 9AM Sunday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.
Services : Funeral services Sunday Oct. 16 2011 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Adamson officiating.
Interment : Burial at 1:00PM Monday Oct. 17 2011 at Little Flock Cemetery in Shelburm Indiana.
