Rosie M. (Spencer) Carroll passed away Monday at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Louisville, KY. to Herman G. & Flora (Langley) Spencer. Rosie was a homemaker and member of the old St. Clement Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her Parents and 2 sisters; Marilyn Wethington (Rick) and Geraldine Spencer.

Survivors include her Husband of 37 years; Robert C. Carroll and her children; Becky Johnson, Allyson Carroll, Jimi Carroll, Paul Carroll and Michael A. Carroll, 10-grandchildren, 3-brothers; Mike (Denise), Larry (Vicki)and Bobby (Barbara)Spencer, 3-sisters; Judy Knoop (Larry), Rita Peak (Rick) and Jana Scofield (Dick) and also her BEST FRIEND since 2nd. grade; Carla Hobbs (Marvin).

Visitation will be Friday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, Louisville. Visitation will continue Saturday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson.
