Robert David Downard was born in Jefferson Co., KY the son of Paul and Hallie Sage Downard, he was marrid to Joyce Downard.

He was a retired Self-employed Electrician.

He is survived by a daughter Cheryl L. Sears; three sons David, Joe and Rodney Downard; nine Grandchildren; five Great-grandchildren and two sisters Betty Temperman and Arlene Downard.

He was preceded in death by his Wife, Parents and two sisters Joyce Bickle and Delores Huber.
