Rhonda Faye Sadler, age 60 of Leitchfield, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.  She was born in Elpaso, TX, the daughter of Damon Meredith and Antoinette Alvey and was married to Johnny Sadler.

She was retired from Farmers Feed Mill Restaurant and was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Barrett (Shawn); her mother Tiny Meredith; a brother, Pat Meredith and one grandson, Carter Dean Barrett.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Sadler and father, Damon Meredith.
