Rebekah Lewis Bishop Wortman, age 60, of Louisville, formerly of Leitchfield, passed away, Friday, April 10, 2020, at her residence.

She was an employee of Flex Films in Elizabethtown and Jackson-Hewitt Tax Service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lewis and Jeanette Haycraft Bishop.

She is survived by a sister, Ellen Wooster of Cadiz; a brother, Francis Bishop of Falls of Rough; five nieces and nephews and three great-nephews.

Cremation was chosen.
