Ralph O. Ballenger, age 83 passed away on December 16, 2017 at Spring View Health & Rehab.

He was the son of Daniel and Mattie Pearl Blankenship Ballenger.

He was a State inspector for Bluegrass Cooperage, member of Russell Springs Christian Church and an Army Veteran.

He is survived by one daughter, Connie Combs, a granddaughter, Crystal Fleener (Shane) and four Great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Parents.
