Phyllis Portman, age 69 of Big Clifty, KY passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019 at her home.  She was born on May 13, 1949 in Hart County, KY., her parents were William Louis and Mary Bertha Johnston Pierce.  She was married to Gregory Portman.  She was an Office Manager for Warren Rural Electric and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory Portman; one daughter, Michelle Kipper Decker; one son Chris Kipper (Jessica); four grandchildren: Ella, Kate, Hudson and Reagan; a brother, Garry Pierce (Ann) and a sister, Glenda Featherston (John).

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation: Monday, March 4, 2019 3-8 PM CST; Prayers 6:00 PM CST; Tuesday after 9:00 AM CST at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.  Funeral, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM CST at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Tony Bickett officiating.
