Paula Faye Johnson, age 66, of Elizabethtown, KY., passed away Monday at Hardin Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Grayson County, KY., daughter of William Paul and Georgia Self Portman and was married to Larry Johnson.

She was retired from Sears as a Sales Associate and was a member of Mt. Hebron Gospel Mission Church.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by two daughters; Tamra Ammerman (Rob) and Angela Hope Boyd (Chuck) of Elizabethtown.

Also surviving are 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren, one brother; Shorty Portman (Trish),of Leitchfield and two sisters; Cathy Hay (Randy) of Leitchfield and Michele South (Roger) of Leitchfield.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, one son; Charles Allen Cripps and one brother; Ernest Portman.

Visitation : Friends may call at Mt. Hebron Church from 5 - 8PM (CDT) on Friday May 15.

Services : Memorial service will be at 3PM (CDT) Saturday May 16 at Mt. Hebron Church officiated by Bro. Jimmy Douthitt.

Interment : Burial of Cremains will follow in Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
