Opal Mercer, age 84, of Eastview passed away on December 22, 2016 at Hardin Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Breckenridge County, KY, the daughter of Robert and Katie Tucker Tanner. She was a Housewife.

she is survived by one daughter, Brenda DeGaris and five Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, three sons: Melvin, Norman "Pedro" and Larry Mercer and one brother Delbert Tanner.

Visitation : Tuesday December 27 2016 from 2-8 PM CDT; Wednesday after 9:00 AM CDT until time of service at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home
