Noelle Celeste Phelps, age 49, passed away, June 2, 2024, at her residence in Georgetown, Kentucky.

She was born April 17, 1975, in Leitchfield to James Timothy Phelps Sr. and Angela Evans. She was a waitress and enjoyed playing piano, cooking and playing sports. She also was a big University of Kentucky fan.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Timothy Phelps Sr.; her grandfather, Clarence Portman; her grandmother, Delena Fendley and her step-grandfather, Bill Fendley

She is survived by her mother, Angela Evans; one brother, Jamie Phelps (Rebecca Haubner); one sister, Jody Eberly (Jacob); a nephew, Austin Phelps; a niece, Brooklyn Irwin; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11AM (CST), Friday, June 7, 2024, at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Steve Hohman officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8PM Thursday, June 6, 2024, and Friday, from 9AM to time of Funeral Mass, at St. Paul Catholic Church.

Prayer service will be at 6 PM Thursday at the church.
