Nivatta L. Smith, age 60, of Leitchfield, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2013 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

She was the daughter of the late Estel Lindsey and Gustie Baker Lindsey Nork and was married to William Smith.

Nivatta was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, a housewife, a good wife and grandma.

She is survived by her husband; William, two sons and daughters-in-law; James and Michelle Smith and Charles and Michell Smith.

Other survivors include three grand-children; Ryan Smith, Leana Smith and Bryce Smith as well as one sister; Evetta Carder and brother-in-law; Richard Carder.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home on Wednesday May 7 2013 from 1:00 - 8:00pm and after 9:00am Thursday. Prayer service will be at 6:00pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Services : Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Thursday May 9 2013 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Father Brian Johnson will officiate the service.

Interment : Burial to follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
