Mildred Corene Skaggs, age 82, of Clarkson, KY., departed this life on Monday surrounded by her family.

She was born in Big Clifty, KY., daughter of the late Stanley and Ivy Williams Hatfield and was married to Howard Skaggs. She retired after 40 years teaching for the State of Kentucky, St. Paul School and the Leitchfield Academy.

Mrs. Skaggs was a member of Clarkson Church of Christ and Retired Teachers Association.

She is survived by her Husband, three sons; Eddie, Garry and Keith Skaggs.

Also surviving are four Grandsons, two Grand-daughters and five Great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and one

Grand-daughter; Bethany Skaggs.

Visitation : Friends may call on Thursday January 2 2014 from 2;00 - 8:00PM Friday from 10:00am - 8:00pm and after 9:00am Saturday.

Services : Funeral services will be at11:00am Saturday January 4 2014 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. James Long will officiate services.

Interment : Burial will follow in Clarkson Cemetery.
