Mildred Newton was born in Grayson Co., KY. She was the daughter of Sterling and Sylvia Meredith Logsdon. She was married to Ambros Newton.

She is survived by one son Paul Newton (Penny); a daughter Louanna Wilson; three Grandchildren; three Great-grandchildren; two brothers: James and David Logsdon; four sisters: Wilma VanMeter, Nora Mae Mercer, Maggie Decker and Imogene Sandlin.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Parents, one child Linda Flake, one Grandchild, one Brother and two Sisters.

Visitation : Sunday January 18 2015 after 4:00 PM CST; Monday after 9:00 AM CST until time of service at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home

Services : Monday January 19 2015 at 1:00 PM CST at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Blake Newton and Br. Edward Cockriel officiating
