Mildred Milliner was born in Grayson County, KY. She was the daughter of Gilbert and Ersie Milliner and was married to Franklin Milliner.

She was a Housewife and member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

She is survived by her children: Jenny(Norman)Powell, Joe Ed (Carol) Milliner, Chester Milliner,Boyd Milliner, Treva (Bobby) Toohey, Deloris Cockriel, Joyce (James) Hartledge; 22 Grandchildren; 43 Great-grandchildren; 9 Great-great-grandchildren and one sister Mary Thelma Milliner.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, three children: Charles, Rita and Ranata; and two brother; Henry and Tom Milliner.

Visitation : Thursday March 16 2017 from 2-8 PM CDT; Friday after 9:00 AM CDT at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Prayers at 6:30 PM CDT at the funeral home.

Services : Friday March 17 2017 at 11:00 AM CDT at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Steve Hohman officiating
