Mildred Louise Perry Logsdon, age 89, of Clarkson, passed away, Friday, September 4, 2026, at Owensboro Health-Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

She was born on November 11, 1936, in Hardin County to the late Alexander Perry and Lillie Fry Perry Vermillion. She was saved on her front porch and became a member of the Broadford Missionary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who loved tending to her flowers and garden. Mildred was an avid UK fan but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Logsdon; two daughters, Cathy Johnson and Linda Darlene Higgs; two sons, Gary Logsdon and Alan Logsdon and several brothers and sisters.

Mildred is survived by three daughters, Janette Butler (Lanny), Kelly Mathis (Mike) and Sandra Koch; a daughter-in-law, Vanessa Logsdon; a son-in-law, Tommy Johnson; ten grandchildren, Christie Willis, Anthony Logsdon, Amanda Wurtman, Devin Butler, Heather Potter, Jesecca Jackson, Shaun Jackson, Tiffany Meredith, Nicky Logsdon and Aaron Franks; seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Delta Mitchell.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM (CT), Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Broadford Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Hank Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM, Monday at Rogers Funeral Home and after 9 AM, Tuesday at the church.
