Michael E. Whitfill was born in Jefferson Co., KY. the son of Thomas and Mildred Langley Whitfill.

He is survived by a daughter Holy Whitfill; a son Matthew Whitfill; three brothers Thomas, Richard and Robert Whitfill; three sisters Shirley Barnes, Mary Pikerton, and Brenda Dickson; several Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and one sister Linda Basham.
