Michael Riley, age 78, of Clarkson, passed away, Thursday, September 5, 2024, at the Radcliff Veterans Center.

He was born January 8, 1946, in New York, to the late Joseph Patrick and Gertrude Zilly Riley. He was a veteran having served in the United States Marines; a retired police officer for the Kentucky State Police and Hardin Co. Sherriff Department and a member of Clarkson Baptist Church.

He is survived by a daughter, Tara Sallee (J.R.); three grandchildren, Joey Sallee (Shaina), Jakheb Sallee and Justis Sallee; two great-grandchildren, Kyler and Keelyn Sallee and two special friends, Elaine Childress and Tiffany Duke.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen and no services are scheduled at this time.

Rogers Funeral Home is assisting the family.
