Michael Milligan, age 72, of Leitchfield, passed away, Monday, June 17, 2024, at Spring View Nursing and Rehab.

He was born December 20, 1951, in Byesville, Ohio, to the late Bo and Josie Sullivan Milligan. He loved all sports, especially watching his grandson, Westyn play football and watching his granddaughters, Jorja and Candace cheer. He was a member of the Restoration Place, a UK Wildcat fan and a strong democrat.

Mike is survived by his wife, Teresa Milligan; three sons, Michael Milligan, Matt Milligan and Aaron Green (Sara); a daughter, Tara Pierce (John) and was Papa to numerous grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM (CST), Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Watkins Funeral Home. A private family burial will be held at the Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville.
