Martina House was born in Brownsville, KY. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Zora Lindsey Johnson.

She was a truck driver for U.S. Xpress.

She is survived by her husband Edwin House Sr.; four sons John, Edwin Jr., James and Michael House; a step-daughter Lee Ann Ellis; thirteen Grandchildren; and four sisters Debbie Giddens, Sharon Bell, Dottie Hayes and Tami Riddle.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and a brother Jessie Johnson.
