Marie S. Clark was born in Grayson Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Charles Garfield and Angie Bell Skaggs.

She is survived by a daughter Audrey Ann Shellhart; four sons Richard Lynn, Chuck, Jimmy and Donnie Clark; sixteen Grandchildren; eleven Great-grandchildren; two brothers Stanley and Bill Skaggs and three sisters Loretta Meredith, Delta McDowell and Sarah Metcalfe.

She was preceded in death by her Parents.

Visitation : Sunday February 24 2013 from 2-8 PM; Monday after 8:00 AM at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home

Services : Monday February 25 2013 at 10:00 AM at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Mitch Ash officiating.

Interment : Little Clifty Cemetry
