Maple June Clemons was born on June 22, 2026, in Owensboro and passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, in her mother’s arms.

We asked for a petal, and God gave us a bouquet with Maple June. Though her time here on earth was short, the love she left behind will last forever. Maple June was a gentle, patient, and content baby. Her favorite place was snuggled with her mom and twin sister, Drew.

Maple June is now resting in the arms of Jesus, but we will cherish the love and precious memories, until we are reunited with her again.

She was preceded in death by her Gram, Donnetta Carby; her Pop, Jeffrey Saltsman; her Pappy and Mammy, Jackie and Elizabeth Saltsman; her Mamaw, Estelle McDonald; and her grandparents, Edward and Melvie Clemons.

Maple June is survived by her parents, Brady and Kelsi Saltsman Clemons; her siblings, Emri, Rosa, Avery, and her twin sister, Drew Anna; her Guppy and Mia, Steve and Rhonda Clemons; her Mauzie, Margaret Jones; her aunts and uncles, Hannah (Troy), Jenna (Jacob), Madison (Bo), Macey (Macy), Millie, Blake (Catherine), Bryant (Rachel), Bailey (Jordan), and Brynn (Bret); along with several other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Watkins Funeral Home in Leitchfield. She will be laid to rest next to her Gram in the Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 12 to 8 PM, Monday, and after 9 AM, Tuesday, at the funeral home.
