Mack James Page, age 62 of Leitchfield, KY passed away on June 18, 2019 at Nortons Hospital in Louisville.  He was born in Chicago,IL, the son of Mack and Alene Carlson Page and was married to Melinda Stewart Page. He was self employed truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Melinda; a brother, David M. Page (Susan);  sister, Elaine Curtis (Dan), son, Richard Page and one daughter, Allison Page.

He is was preceded in death by his parents.
