Lula Belle Ashley, age 96 of Leitchfield, KY passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Springville Health & Rehab in Leitchfield, Ky. She was born in Stephensport, KY on August 12, 1920, daughter of Abe Skillman Bryant and Eva Brumfield Bryant and was married to Ray Dowell Ashley.

Mrs. Ashley was a Homemaker, former President of Breckinridge County Homemakers, member of Clarkson Baptist Church and former member of Eastern Star.

She is survived by two daughters; Linda Clark and Peggy Payne (Copie), two grand-daughters; Dana Smallwood and Renee Howard and one grandson; David Pile, Jr.

Also surviving are four Great-Grandchildren and three

Great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, one

son-n-law; Lowell Clark, one brother; Gene Bryant,

one half-brother; Abe Bryant, Jr. and one half-sister; Nancy Black.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 2 -8 PM (CST) on Friday February 24 2017 and after 9AM Saturday.

Services : Funeral service will be at 11AM (CST) Saturday February 25 2017 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. John Whittaker will officiate.

Interment : Burial will follow in Glen Dean Cemetery in Breckinridge County.
