Lucile Hatfield Smith, age 83, of Leitchfield, KY., formerly of Millerstown, KY.,departed this life on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Springview Health & Rehab in Leitchfield, KY.

She was a member of Millerstown Methodist Church and attended Clarkson Methodist Church. She was a retired Seamstress and Upholstery worker and a Library Assistant.

Lucile was the daughter of the late Oscar and Leva Ann Fulkerson Hatfield and was married to the late Herman Holmes Smith.

She is survived by three daughters; Pat Gooch, Tina Kiper and Nancy Smith. Other survivors include her nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchidren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, Shirley Riggs, two Grandchildren and on great-grandson, Nicholas Riggs.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home after 1:00 pm on Saturday January 5 2013.

Services : Funeral services are scheuled for 2:00 PM Sunday January 6 2013 at Millerstown Methodist Church with Bro.Johnny Long officiating.

Interment : Burial will follow in Millerstown Cemetery.
