Lindsey Marie Hayes was born in Hardin Co., KY., the daughter of David and Beverly Haycraft Hayes.

She is survived by her Parents; maternal grandmother Eva Haycraft and her paternal grandparents Herman and Mabel Hayes

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Willard Haycraft and a first cousin Brian Whitworth.
