Lavada M. Mingus, age 50, of Leitchfield, KY passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 19, 1967, daughter of the late Mary Emma Jarboe.
She was a Housewife.
Lavada is survived by her sister-in-law; Kim Jarboe.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Grandmother; Mary Mingus, one son; Chris King and one half-brother; Ike Jarboe.
