Kenneth Mathews, age 79, of Clarkson, KY., passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born in Grayson County, KY.,the son of the late Raymond and Pearl Phillips Mathews and was married to the late Joyce Mathews.

He was retired from General Electric as a Relief man and a Member of the Kentucky Cattleman's Association.

Mr. Mathews is survived by his daughter, Pam (Carlos) Wiloughby of Clarkson; one step-daughter, Terry Underwood of Louisville; one grandson; Garrett Willoughby and two grand-daughters; Brianne Willoughby and Alaina Willoughby, all of Clarkson. Other survivors include one step-grandson; Chris Fisher of Louisville, one great-grand-daughter; MacKenzie Willoughby and one great-grandson; Karter Willoughby both of Clarkson.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 4:00-8:00pm Sunday July 29 2012 and after 8:00am Monday until time of service.

Services : Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00am Monday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. Hank Gibson to officiate.

Interment : Burial to follow in Little Flock Cemetery.
