Kaytelyn Michelle Decker, age 17, of Leitchfield, KY passed away on Wednesday at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

Kaytelyn was a student and 2013 graduate of Grayson County High School.

She is survived by her father and step-mother; Mickey and Melissa Decker, her mother; Starr Kinder (Chris), two brothers; Dalton Decker and Kyler Burnett, two sisters; Brooklyn Tarrence and Kyra Burnett, 1- step-brother and 4- step-sisters.

Other survivors include her grandmother; Judy Decker, grandparents; Randy and Diane Ward and Fay and Hillard Gresham, her fiance; Joseph Logsdon and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 3 -8 Friday June 21 2013 and after 9 am Saturday. Prayer services will be at 6pm Friday.

Services : Funeral services will be at 3pm Saturday June 22 2103 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home. Father Brian Johnson and Bro. Howard Shartzer will officiate.

Interment : Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.
