Juanita Gaither was born in Grayson Co., KY. She was the daughter of Danny and Della Witten Sadler.

She is survived by one son Tim Bocock; one daughter Lisa Vincent; two sisters Paulette Clemons and Anita Kennedy; two brothers Dale and Johnny Sadler and two Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents.
