Joseph D. McGrew, age 79, of Eastview, KY passed away at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville, KY. He was a retired painter,veteran of the U.S. Army and member of Meeting Creek Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Amos and Lula Heisel McGrew and one great- grandson , Ethan James Coomer.

Mr. McGrew is survived by his wife Wanda, 3 sons: Sonny (Shari), Bobby (Tonya), Jason (Jessica), 3 daughters: Anita Thompson (Darrell), Lynn Keown, (Sherman), and Jan McGrew.

He is also survived by 3 step-sons: Gary W. Peters (Victoria), Anthony Peters (Janice), and Timmy Peters, 3 step-daughters: Debra Spurlock (Wayne), Melinda Bosco (Joe), and Theresa Skawinski (Paul). Other survivors include 23 grand children and 21 great-grand children.

Visitation : Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home from 2-9pm on Friday August 15 2014 and continuing on Saturday from 8:30am until time of service.

Services : Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Saturday August 16 2014 Rogers-Oller Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Decker Officiating.

Interment : Burial to follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
