Obituary

Joseph Mark Milliner, age 78, of Leitchfield, passed away, August 31, 2020, at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.

He was born September 20, 1941, in the St. Paul community of Grayson County to the late John Riley and Eunice Lush Milliner. He was a lifelong famer, retired from Dow Corning and a U.S. Army veteran during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the East Grayson County Fire Department.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Pruitt Milliner and a sister, Carolyn Kipper.

He is survived by three sons, John Riley (Laura) Milliner of Leitchfield, James Marcus Milliner of Ekron and Joseph Matthew (Sherry) Milliner of Taylorsville; four sisters, Rita Griffith,  Brenda (Dwight) Johnston, Judy (Dale) McGrew and Theresa Milliner; a brother Martin (Faye) Milliner and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM (CDT), Saturday, September 5, 2020, at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Steve Hohman officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 PM (CDT) Friday and from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, Saturday at the Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

Prayer service will be held at 6 PM, Friday at the funeral home.

In accordance with government regulations, we ask that you please wear a mask or face covering.  We also have to limit the number of people who can be in the facility at a time and request that you practice the 6 feet social distance recommendations. The lounge is also closed at this time. Thank you for your cooperation
