Joseph Kevin Hale was born in Leitchfield, KY. He was the son of the late J. G. and Anna Tully Hale.

He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church a an avid U.of K. fan.

He is survived by his brother John Hale.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
