Joseph A. Grant, age 85, of Clarkson, passed away, Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at his niece's residence.

He was born February 6, 1937, in Grayson County, to the late, Joseph Elza and Mary Pauletta Clemons Grant. He was a retired truck driver; a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Peonia, the Kosair Shriners and the Leitchfield Masonic Lodge #236.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Weiss Grant and a sister, Melissa Ann Grant.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Kay Grant; a special niece and caretaker, Regina Jewell; three brothers, Kenneth, James T. and John A. Grant; two sisters, Mary Enith Ross and Mary Ain Dennis and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, July 9, 2022, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Rev. Jamie Dennis officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Anthony Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM, Friday and from 9 to 10:30 AM, Saturday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.

A masonic service will be held at 6 PM, Friday at the funeral home.
