James Wayne Alvey, age 47, was born in Glasgow, KY. He was a College Graduate with a degree in Computer Graphic Design and an Associate in Science. He was a member of St, Benedict Catholic Church.

He is survived by two daughters Leslie Hodge and Chelsey Kipper; two sons Joey Alvey and Alex Kerr; a brother James Carmen Alvey; two sisters Lisa Michelle Alvey and Tammy Jeanette Hoben; 3 Grandchildren, 3 Nephews, 3 Nieces,several Aunts and Uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hurley and Betty Jane Blair Alvey; his grandparents Elza and Dorothy Alvey and Alvie and Francise Blair.

Visitation : Wednesday August 01 2012 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at St. Benedict Catholic Church.

Services : Wednesday August 01 2012 at 1:00 PM at St. Benedict Catholic Church with Rev. Brian Johnson officiating

Interment : Cremation Chosen
