Joel Cartwright, age 66, of Lebanon, Kentucky, passed away, Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Spring View Nursing and Rehab in Leitchfield.

He was born September 10, 1957, in Louisville, to the late Charles Ray Cartwright and Mary Ann Hundley. He was a carpenter by trade. He was saved last Sunday and was friends with everyone and loved everyone he met.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Willett.

Joel is survived by two sisters, Judith Early of New Albany, IN and Melissa Norris of Elizabethtown and two brothers, Curtis Ray Cartwright of Elizabethtown and James Timothy Cartwright of Leitchfield and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and many friends.

The family will have a memorial service at 11 AM (CDT), Friday, May 24, 2024, at Berean Baptist Church, 200 Kentucky Dr. Elizabethtown, with Bro. Rick Trumbo officiating.

Visitation will be at the church after 9 AM (CDT), Friday.
