Joe B. Whaley, age 90, of Caneyville, Ky. passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013 at his residence.

He was born in Ardmore, Alabama to the late John and Mary Alice Whaley.

Mr. Whaley was a WWII Army Veteran, member of Bethel Fellowship and a retired Self-employed Tire Salesman.

He was married to his wife Billie Joyce Preston Whaley for 52 years and the father of four children.

He is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Woosley and Vicky Nelson and two sons, Ricky Whaley and Ron (Barbara) Whaley.

Other survivors include twelve Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren and three Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Mr. Whaley was predeceased by his parents, his wife, one sister, Mary Pyles; five brothers, Henry, Albert, Edley, Herbert and William Whaley and one Very Special Great-grand-daughter, Fawna Sky Whaley.

Visitation : Friends may call at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home from 2:00 - 8:00pm on Sunday January 27 2013 and after 8:00am on Monday.

Services : Funeral service will be at 11:00am Monday January 28 2013 at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home. Bro. Ron Miller will officiate the service.

Interment : Burial will follow in Layman Cemetery.
